Kittinissanka:also known as Nissanka Malla,king of Ceylon (1187-1196 A.C.).He was uparāja of Vijayabāhu II.,and became king after the murder of Mahinda VI.Among his acts of piety were the building of a stone temple for the Tooth Relic at Pulatthipura and the embellishment of the famous rock-temple at Jambukola-vihāra.His son was Virabāhu.For other details see Cv.lxxx.30ff; also Cv.Trs.ii.127,n.1 and 2.
