Paccāgamanīya Thera
Paccāgamanīya Thera:An arahant.In the time of Vipassī Buddha he was a cakkavāka dwelling on the banks of the river Sindhu.One day,seeing the Buddha travelling through the air,the bird offered him a sāla flower in its beak.
Seventeen kappas ago he was king eighteen times under the name of Sucārudassana (Ap.i.113).
He is probably identical with Punnamāsa Thera.ThagA.i.53f.
