Uruvelamandala:A district in Rohana,in South Ceylon,where the ministers Bhūta,Rakkha and Kitti obtained a decisive victory over their enemies.This battle enabled them to get possession of the Buddha’s Bowl and the Tooth Relic (Cv.lxxiv.125-6).Geiger thinks that the place was near the modern Monarāgala (Cv.Trs.ii.33,n.1).
