Bilālidāyaka Thera:1.Bilālidāyaka Thera. An arahant.In the time of Padumuttara Buddha he was an ascetic in the Himālaya and offered the Buddha some bilāli tubers.Fifty four kappas ago he was a king called Sumekhali (Ap.i.145) (v.l.Sumelaya).He is probably identical with Kosalavihārī Thera.ThagA.i.134f.
2.Bilālidāyaka Thera.An arahant.Fifty four kappas ago he gave some bilāli tubers to a recluse at the foot of the mountain Romasa.Ap.i.232.
